Question:
looking at MAL24AR says not confirmed to fit, but the 58 say they do, the 50s 58s and 65 all have the same mechanism... will they work or not?

Hey J, yeah the Malone AirFLow2 roof rack part # MAL24AR would fit the raised rails of your 2018 Toyota 4Runner. The bars would hang over the edge quite a bit more but it will still work.
