Hi Marcus; thanks for the question and while we have a trailer hitch fit for your 2013 BMW X5 with the M-Sport package, I checked with Draw-Tite and their hitch is not a fit. Instead, what you will need is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13077.
I checked with Curt and this hitch is a fit for all models, and we have also had customers successfully install the # 13077 on their M-Sport models.
