Can I Remove the Nut on the Replacement Locking Quick Release Skewer for Swagman Bike Rack?

After locking the Swagman S65YR with the key, could I loosen the adjustment nut at opposite end with say pliers and thus remove the bike?

No, you couldn't. You could get that outside nut off but the rest of the Replacement Locking Quick Release Skewer for Swagman Bike Rack item # S65YR would still secure the bike in the rack.
