I have an SAS spring kit on this- 3inch lift?— from rear frame to axle is 9 1/2 inches 2019 f150 which spacers do I need - 2inch or 4inch ? I ordered 5000 air lift for rear Thanks

Gene, in order to find out what lift spacer you're going to need for your 2019 Ford F-150 you're going to need to measure the distance between the upper and lower mounting bracket and subtract the height of the spring. That number is going to be the spacer needed if any for your F-150.
