Question:

Need a trailer hitch for 2023 rav4 hybrid limited , was looking at curt but seems like e trailer version comes in matt black. 1What exact model do I need 2and is it as easy to install as curt seems to be 3what is clearance from ground Thanks

To add a hitch to your 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited, I recommend our etrailer item # e23ZR. This hitch has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2023 RAV4 including the hybrid. It is custom fit and bolts to your Toyota with included hardware. This hitch is identical to the Curt item # C13416 with the exception of the matte finish you referenced. I prefer this finish because it blends in better beneath the vehicle's trim then the glossy coating on the Curt.

The etrailer Hitch item # e23ZR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but helps with ground clearance. The top of the receiver is 12" from the ground and the hitch pin sits 5" inside from the outer edge of the rear bumper.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56434 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
