Ive just removed a motor from my slide out and having a hard time locating one. its a power gear PN#523823, can you help me locate one or similar, Thanks

The replacement slide-out motor assembly you can use in place of your Power Gear 523823 is the Lippert part # LC368190. This is the new version of your motor.

This same motor also fits in place of other slide motors including 523725, 523823, 523983 and 524137.

Dear Adam Could I replace the electric motor #523823 of my Fleetwood Tioga 31M with the 523900?? Because with the measurements is 100% compatible Thanks

@AntonioB All of our records show the # LC368190 to be the correct replacement for the 523823. The 523900 may work if the specs are the same but this is not something we have tested.
