Ive just removed a motor from my slide out and having a hard time locating one. its a power gear PN#523823, can you help me locate one or similar, Thanks

The replacement slide-out motor assembly you can use in place of your Power Gear 523823 is the Lippert part # LC368190. This is the new version of your motor.
This same motor also fits in place of other slide motors including 523725, 523823, 523983 and 524137.
