What Info is Needed to See if Slider Hitch Fits Gooseneck Hitch in Truck Bed

Hello, I’m looking for a fifth wheel hitch that will into a gooseneck that is also a slider. I was wondering if the B and W patriot was available with this setup or just the rails. And maybe some other products that would fit my criteria. Looking for a 18000 lbs hitch. Thank you, Jordan

There might be a solution but it all comes down to what gooseneck hitch you have installed in your truck. If you can let me know what brand hitch you have I can help find you exactly what type of slider hitch solution would work best.

Hopefully you have a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck which would mean you could use the Companion slider part # BWRVK3400 which fits it directly. If you look at the hitch under your truck bed you should be able to see the brand or at least if it's the gray color that Turnoverball hitches commonly are.
