Recommended Air Bags for a 2011 Ford F-350 w/ a Gooseneck Hitch

I have a 2011 F350 short bed. Can the rails be installed with the factory gooseneck hitch still installed? Also going to install Air Lift 7500XL Ultimate bags. Will this kit install with the bags as well?

No, they can not! The B&W Universal Base Rails item # BWRVR3200 and any other comparable set of rails will not be compatible with a preinstalled gooseneck hitch. I do have quite a few options to potentially add some 5th wheel rails using an adapter or a puck system like item # RP30138-26 but you'll need to remove the gooseneck hitch first for the puck system. If you're interested in an adapter I would need you to give me a part number preferably or a brand of what gooseneck hitch you have because there are a few options.
As far as the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL57596 there are no compatibility issues with any in bed hitch like your current gooseneck one or the puck system I mentioned. I have linked an installation video below to help you get them set up.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
