Will the hitch for the 2007 Sienna also fit on a 2011 ?

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98837 that fits your 2007 Toyota Sienna will also fit the 2011 model.
If you plan on reinstalling this hitch then you'll also need to pick up some replacement hardware # RHK since hitch hardware is only meant to be installed once.
