Hi Daniel; while there is a fit for a toolbox compatible tonneau cover on your 2006 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed, the exact model number you mentioned isn't one of them. The only option for your truck is a tonneau from Access:

This will work with 19" - 21" truck bed toolboxes.
