Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Heavy Duty Item # ASR2KHDS09 This item looks exactly what Im looking for but I want the 5 lug hubs and trailer brakes that fits this kit. To work with 5 lug 13inch tire with a 175/80 13 tire.

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR2KHDS09 you're looking at is actually not going to work with your trailer tires since this kit is only going to work with trailer wheels that are 16" or larger.

So, instead I'd recommend going with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Electric Brakes # A35RS545E. This is also an axle-less system that has a 3.5K capacity, a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern, will work with 16" wheels or smaller, and Includes hubs (with bearings, races, and seals) and electric brakes.
