Are The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Trailer Brakes Compatible With Lippert Hub/Drums on 2020 GD Solitude 380

Question:

I need to replace brakes on my 2020 Grand Design 380FL Fifth Wheel. Ive got two items in my cart: Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 12 - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 7K - 23-464-465 Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7,000-lb Axles - 12 Diameter - 8 on 6-1/2 - Pre-Greased - LC53UD Questiont 1: I want to make sure this fits the mounting flange. I havent taken the hub off to check existing ones but it is stock 2020 380FL. Also used 380FL as the filter. Question 2: The Lippert Hub and drum in the description state the grease seal is not provided but they are pregreased so that statement I blelive is incorrect. Can you confirm. I know the other components like grease cap, wheel bolts, washer ect would not be included. Question 3: I want to make sure the brake and hub/drum I ed are compatible. Thanks

For your 1st question, yes the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-464-465 are going to fit the 5 bolt mounting flange on your 7,000lb axle for your 2020 Grand Design Solitude 380FL.

For your 2nd question, yes the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # LC53UD will include the grease seal like you see in the pics. I have sent an update to have this corrected.

And finally for your 3rd question both these parts are going to be compatible with each other. These parts do conform to the standards for a 12" x 2" brake system.
