Hi Les,
Certain baseplates can be compatible with multiple trim packages or models but it's always a case by case scenario. Some baseplates might have a chunk of metal that interferes with the trim of specific model or that specific model could have different attachment points than standard models.
The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1138 you referenced is not a fit for a Trailhawk model but Curt makes a compatible option with part # C46JR. The compatible Blue Ox baseplate (BX1136) for your Trailhawk has been listed as discontinued by Blue Ox. This Curt baseplate is compatible with Blue Ox tow bars without the need of an adapter so it's practically the same thing.
If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This tow bar is compatible with the baseplate and will come with safety cables included as well as an adjustable head to help keep the tow bar level.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your factory wiring to display the motorhome's traffic signals through the Jeep's tail lights.
Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo # SM99251. For air brakes you'll want the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead.
I also recommend installing a charge line kit # RM-156-25 to keep the battery charged up while you tow.
Jeep issued a tech bulletin to install wiring kit 68321424AB when flat towing your vehicle, which is available at your local Chrysler and Jeep dealership.
