Does this motor come with the remotes? What all comes with it?

The Replacement Motor for Retrax Powered Retractable Tonneau Covers # RTX79TR is going to include just the motor and mounting hardware. If you're needing a new remote or other replacement parts then I'll need to know which model you have so I can find the correct replacements.

I was told by Retrex customer service that the new motor would come with new remotes. I am see if this is the same as oem or if it is aftermarket.

@JoshuaB The # RTX79TR is simply just the motor with no other components. If you need a replacement remote then you'd want part # RTX89TR if the cover was manufactured after 2017. To determine the age of your cover you'll need to look for the serial number just behind the latch on the driver's side. The last four digits are the year and then month (ex: 2306 would be 2023 June).
