Is there a difference between the RG06-050 seals and the 473336 TMK58ZR seals?

The only difference between the # RG06-050 and Timken # TMK58ZR is the brand and quantity. Timken is typically considered to be a high quality brand, particularly for their USA made bearings. The # RG06-050 comes with two seals so it is the better value. Outside of that, they are both the standard 10-19 grease seal you would find on your typical 3,500 lb axle.

Hey Roger, for the Lippert 4,000 lb trailer axle we have found that the bearings used are the same as the 3,500 lb axles so you would just need the part #BK2-100 for a kit that includes the bearings and the seal.

For a Lippert 4,400 lb trailer axle the correct bearing kit is the part #BK2-100 which includes inner bearing #L68149, inner race #L68111, outer bearing #L44649, outer race #L44610, grease seal #58846, a cotter pin and a tang washer.
