You do have a couple options depending on your trailer Steve. If you are mounting a Winch # BDW10040 to the tongue you would want to use a Roller Fairlead # BDW30003 mounted to the front tilt portion of the trailer which would provide a smooth surface to roll on rather than risking getting snagged.
The other option you have is to simply mount the Winch # BDW10040 on the tilt portion of the deck. This would eliminate any issues with the additional fairlead and may be the better option depending on how your trailer is built and the size of the loads you are going to be pulling up the trailer.
If you can provide me with pictures of your trailer as well as the weights you will be pulling I can give you a more in depth response.
