2024 F450 - Do you have an installation manual that shows dimensions of the hitch so we can see if this will fit.

There is an install manual, which is linked below, though it doesn't have the measurements of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15845.
That said, the # C15845 is a verified fit for the 2024 Ford F-450 Cab & Chassis, and I added an image showing the dimensions.
