I need a controller for my 2012 Cardinal 3550 lippert level up system, my current controller only uses 4 plugs into the controller and controls landing gear plus 4 levelers.

It sounds like you're looking for the Replacement Quick Level Touch Panel for Lippert Components Level-Up Hydraulic Leveling System # LC74FR which works with the Level-Up system. This is the touch pad "controller" but if you are looking for the actual controller you would need the part # LC88TF that you referenced.
