Replacement Demco EZ-Latch Coupler For 2" Balls For A Trailer

Question:

I am looking at the DEMCO boot-on EZ-Latch for my tear trailer, with a 2” ball. The present trigger latch is 2” wide, and the two bolts are 3” wide on the sides. Do you have a model that fits that tongue? Thank you. Ed

Hi Ed,

If I'm understanding you correctly your trailer's frame is 3" wide and the coupler needs to have a 2" ball. If so the Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # DM15000-52 you were looking at would be a compatible fit. I've attached a little diagram below showing the bolt pattern so that you can check if it will match up to the current pattern so you can avoid drilling into the frame.
