There are a couple options that may interest you. One very popular option is the Blaylock EZ Jack # EZ-JACK. This is a wedge-style jack. Basically what you would do for a triple axle trailer is turn the curve up, opposite the wheel, and then drive the trailer up on to the jack which will allow you to change a tire. The main things I like about this option is that it is compact and lightweight, it also does not require any "elbow grease" like a manual crank jack. It also can be used as a wheel chock.
Another option is to use a bottle jack like the Powerbuilt Bottle Jack # ALL647501. This is a fairly standard hydraulic bottle jack rated for 24,000 lbs. More than enough to provide a safe, stable lift for your 11,000 lb toy hauler. Personally I would lean towards this option. The jack is super heavy duty and it could be used to lift pretty much anything, so not just for tire changes. There is even a 40,000 lb model # ALL647503 if you want to go really big.
I have included links to video reviews of both options below if you want to take a closer look.
