Great questions Jimmy,
We haven't had any reports of the LED Trailer Tail Light w/ Reflector - Stop, Tail, Turn # DG52720PB having issues with hyper flashing so you should be good to go in those regards.
When it comes to power draw, the tail light pulls 0.256 watts while the stop/turn light pulls 2.2 watts. For a pair of these installed on your trailer this means your tail light function will pull 0.5 watts and the stop/turn light function will pull 4.1 watts.
I was able to confirm this with my contact at Diamond.
