Is airlift product 89338 compatible with airlift product 25980EZ how do the stainless lines connect to the manifold ?

Yes, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 that you referenced does work with the now discontinued 89338 air bag kit that had stainless steel lines. You will use one of the included AN to PTC adapter to convert the nylon fitting to the stainless steel tubes.
