Question:
Need a hitch for a 2020 Ranger. Any difference between Curts and yours? They look the same. Appreciate your time.

The only differences between the Curt item # C13417 and the etrailer item # e63ZR is the finish and the cost. Both are manufactured by Curt to the same standards and specifications and are confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford Ranger.
I recommend the etrailer Hitch item # e63ZR because it has a matte black powder coat finish that offers superior rust protection. Saving a few dollars is also a great perk of purchasing the etrailer hitch over it's Curt counterpart.
I really like the etrailer hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper and the crossbar is completely hidden. It has a class III hitch with a 2" receiver, with a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. This towing capacity can be increased to 8,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
