Will these chains PWH2226SC Fit a 285/55r20 tire?

No, they do not but I have a comparable set that will. They are the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Chains w/ Cams for Wide Base Tires item # TC3231SCAM. These have square links that give excellent traction in the snow plus great grip on ice. The built in cam tighteners let you quickly adjust the fit for simple installation.
You will want to check your owner's manual to see if your vehicle requires Class S compatible chains. If so you'll need the Konig Snow Tire Chains item # KON24FR. They are designed to ride only your vehicle's tire tread and do not extend around to the backside of the tire. These chains are great for trucks or SUVs with limited wheel-well clearance.
