We do have a couple similar options, but the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Chains w/ Cams for Wide Base Tires - Ladder Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair # TC3235SCAM will not fit the 285/65R20 tires you have, unfortunately. I double checked with Titan Chain and they actually do not have anything that will fit that tire size currently, which was surprising.

That said, check out the following two options:

pewag Wide Base Tire Chains w Cams - Ladder Pattern - Grooved Square Link - Assisted Tension - 1 Set # PWE3231SC
pewag Tire Chains w/ Cams - Ladder Pattern - Grooved Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # PWE2226SC

Both of these options have the cams for assisted tensioning, but you will still want something like the # PW103 adjusters to keep them from whipping around while driving. They are also square links for added traction.

Where are you headed where you are going to need heavy duty chains?
