We have the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Galvanized Wheel # AM32666 that matches what you are looking for. This is the load range D of the 225/75R15 and has a 6" wide wheel with 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. The wheel is galvanized with the triangular cutouts.
We do offer the Wheel # AM20534 and Tire # AM10256 separately if you are only needing the individual parts.
