According to the owner's manual you would be able to flat tow your 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L. In order to do so you'll need follow the steps listed in your owner's manual and pick up the following components:
Baseplate: etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98955.
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables included and the head/shank can be adjusted to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and CR-V.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will transfer your motorhome's traffic signals over and display them through your CR-V's tail lights.
Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. For air brakes you'll need the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead.
In order to flat tow you may need to also pull some fuses. If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, you can use the # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, you can use part # RM76512. These fuse bypasses will make disconnecting/reconnecting the fuse as easy as flipping a switch.
I also recommend installing a charge line # RM-156-25 in order to keep your battery from draining while you tow. This will prevent you from having to stop and run the CR-V for a bit every few hours to recharge the battery with the alternator.
