Yes, you can install a trailer brake controller on your 2024 Nissan Rogue. I recommend using the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 as then you will not have to splice into any wiring under your dash and can use your smartphone as your controller. As long as you already have a 4-Way # C44ER you will only need the 7-Way Kit # ETBC7L so the controller will get the power it needs. The controller is able to get the brake signal from the 7-way wiring to know when it needs to apply the brakes. Best of all this one controller can be used on virtually every vehicle with a 7-way so you can use it with other vehicles and take it with you if you switch to a different vehicle in the future.
