What Heavy Duty chains would work best on and off road in WV mountain highway/two lane/back roads on my 2004 Dodge 3500 Quad Cab LWB Dual Rear Wheel Dually 4x4 Cummins Turbo Diesel with 255/80R17 Cooper ST Maxx Tires ? I need them on the front and back with some of our roads.

For the rear wheels you'll want the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base and Dual Tires # TC3229. For the front wheels I recommend the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2828. Both of these chains are rated for on road and off road use.
To make sure that these chains fit snug to the tires for the most traction I recommend also getting rubber tensioners like the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCMA2. I've attached a couple of videos below to help walk you through the installation process.
