Question:

Is there anything else I need to get AL62CV installed or is it kind of tacky on one side and seals on its own?

The Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane # AL62CV is not able to seal on it's own so we'll need to get you some equipment for the installation, and for that I recommend the following kit:

- Alpha Systems RV Roof Replacement Installation Kit # AL74UV

Using a whole kit like this might seem like a little overkill since you're just replacing the membrane, but more times than not the roof is in worse shape when you get up there, and there are more things to have to replace than initially anticipated. This kit comes with the adhesive as well as a variety of sealants to ensure the membrane is installed correctly and you have a leakproof roof.
