Solution for Fogatti Water Heater With E8 Error Code But Exhaust Isn't Clogged

Question:
On a brand new fagotti insta shower 8 pro, if it keeps throwing the E8 code and has a steady 12.65 vdc and the exhaust isn’t clogged. What could be the problem?

I spoke with Fogatti about your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # FG29FR giving an E8 code even though your exhaust isn't clogged and they recommend that you try to adjust the HC parameter values.
