First thing to check is to make sure the trailer is sitting level. A trailer that's nose high is more likely to sway and then next see if you can move any cargo weight forward in the trailer. Increasing tongue weight is normally the solution to this problem. The sweet spot for tongue weight is 10 percent to 15 percent of the total trailer weight.
We do have electric sway control kits like the Curt True Course part # C94VV which can sense sway and apply the brakes lightly to stop it. This will stop your sway completely.
