Hi, will P/N 306-XA2002, hole cover for the Ecohitch Stealth, also work for the Stealth Hitch? Thanks.

The Undercover Access Hole Cover for EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-XA2002 will fit the # EH84GR for your 2018 Tesla but it will not fit the # 391TES317.
The EcoHitch cover is able to fit up inside of the tube for the removable receiver on the EcoHitch Stealth. The Stealth Hitch only has the small round hole for the removable receiver which would not be enough to allow the magnet and arm to fit and keep it secure.
