There unfortunately isn't a guide that lists the parts used on your trailer so you'll need to do a bit of investigating to see what you currently have so that we can determine the correct replacement. The first thing I like to check is the axle capacity; there should be a tag somewhere on your axle that lists the capacity. From there I'll jack up one side of the trailer and remove the wheel and hub to get a look at the brake assembly. There will typically be stickers inside the brake assembly that list the part number for them.
If you don't have a tag and there's nothing in the brake assembly to identify it then you can measure the diameter of the axle with a set of calipers to and then measure the diameter and depth of the brake assembly. With this information we can determine the correct size and capacity brake assembly for your setup. These are self-adjusting so once you have them bedded you won't have to adjust your brakes routinely.
I've attached a video below where Dave will walk you through the installation process and would be more than happy to help you find the right assemblies once we know more about your trailer's current components.
For example, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA you referenced is designed to work on 5.2k - 7k axles and is 12" in diameter x 2" deep.
