When adding Optronics LED Backup Light Item # BUL52CB. Do I also need to use 50W 6 OHM resistor on that circuit? Thanks

No, you shouldn't need a resistor like item # DI34ZR when installing the Optronics LED Backup Light for Trucks or Trailers item # BUL52CB. I say shouldn't because if you're installing these lights on a trailer your tow vehicle should supply plenty of power for them to function correctly. If you're installing these on a vehicle for additional lighting you will most likely need one on each light.
To install the Optronics LED Backup Light item # BUL52CB you will want to use the PVC Grommet for 6-1/2" Oval Trailer Tail Lights item # a70gb.
