Hello. I have a 2016 Chevy 2500 HD with the curt flip over ball GN hitch in the bed. I need to add a goth wheel attachment meant and I notice they have adapter that adapts the B and W version to 5th wheel. But do they also sell on with the capability of using the curt gooseneck structure?

B&W does not but I have something that is comparable. B&W's Turnoverball systems and their Companion hitches work exclusively with each other and are not compatible with other gooseneck hitches like your Curt item # C611-624 or item # C607-604. They have a square receiver over a circular one.

To connect a 5th wheel hitch to the Curt gooseneck ball in your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500, I recommend the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # DM8550045. This 5th wheel hitch attaches directly to your gooseneck ball. It has a 21,000 lbs capacity and is compatible with Curt's gooseneck hitches.

There is one more option available to you but it depends entirely on which Curt gooseneck hitch you have. There is an adapter that drops down into the gooseneck hole on the Curt systems that provides a base with industry standard rails. With this adapter you can install almost any 5th wheel hitch that mounts to industry standard rails. I have listed both adapters below next to the Curt gooseneck system they work with:

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56070. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
