Availability of U-Bolts that Could Fit 3 by 5 inch Frame

Question:
I need to replace u-bolts on my boat trailer. Its rectangular frame, 3” x 5”. The inside measurement of the bolts needs to be able to slip over the 3” wide frame and be about 7” long on the threaded parts. What do you have?

Best option would be the part # CE11416 which was designed to fit a 3 by 5 inch frame. The U-bolts are 6 inches long and have an inner width of 3 inches.
