What dose it mean when the indicator is flashing and I am hooked up to 30 amp its a everchill 12v

The flashing light on an Everchill refrigerator like the part # 324-000119 indicates that it's not able to draw enough power. Typically this is due to a battery that's not fully charged or wiring that isn't making a solid connection so that is what I would recommend checking.
