Do any of the over the range convection ovens by Furrion need to be vented to the outside?

The Furrion # FMCM15SS is currently the only over-the-range we offer from Furrion and it can be set to vent outside of the RV or to recirculate the air so that you don't have to install an exterior vent.

When setting the microwave to vent air outside of your RV it can either vent out of the top or out of the back of the unit. Doing so drastically cuts down on lingering smells from cooking and filmy buildup in your kitchen. This is an ideal choice if your RV already has ductwork installed already.

If you don't want to drill a vent hole into the side or roof of your RV, the microwave can also be set up to recirculate the air inside. The integrated charcoal filter helps capture grease particles and cuts down on odors. Since it will not need to be hooked up to ductwork, this is the best choice for the easiest installation.
