Ordering MCL63AB and MCL63RB LED lights. Is A67CB the chrome base for these lights? Also, is there a 2 wire chrome base? If not- what suggestions for 2 wire installation.

Yes, the Chrome Bracket and Single Wire Plug # A67CB that you referenced is the correct base for the # MCL63AB and # MCL63RB that you plan on getting.
The reason this bracket uses a single wire is because the light will ground through the mounting hardware. If you needed to run a second ground wire to the assembly you would only need to run the stripped ground wire around the mounting screw that attaches to the side of the base with the ground strap. See picture I attached to see which side has the ground strap.
