It sounds like you are needing a hub like the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-2-EZ-1K. This hub is designed to fit on a BT8 spindle which as a 1" diameter for the Bearings # L44643. The hub has a bolt pattern for a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. This kit also includes both a standard grease cap or one with a removable rubber plug if your axle has a grease zerk on the end of the spindle.
