What Tool to Use for Enlarging 1-7/8 inch Trailer Jack Hole to 2 inch

Question:
I need to increase the hole diameter in trailer tongue from 1 7/8 to 2 for new trailer jack. Any advice on the best way to enlarge the jole size.

When we have to enlarge holes here for the install of trailer hitches we usually use a rotabroach tool but the best tool to use is a reamer. Since you're making a relatively small size increase I would find a 2 inch reamer tool for a power drill and go with that.
