Question:

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and a Roadmaster Stowmaster Tow system. What base plate / connection do I need for my jeep? Please advise Thank you

The Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar item # RM-501 uses a crossbar style base plate. The correct one for your 2007 Jeep Wrangler is the Roadmaster item # 1429-1 if you have the standard factory bumper or item # 1430-1 if you have the Mopar or Warn bumper.
