Question:

Im looking or snow chains that will fit 275/50R22. would like the titan chains with v bars. Do you have this? the only ones I see online does not list this tire size.

No, they do not. There are no Titan chains with V bars for the 275/50R22 tire size. Additionally, your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500's owner's manual says not to use tire chains if you have 275/50R22 tires because of clearance issues on the inner part of the tires. You can find this information on page 379.

To avoid damaging brake lines and suspension pieces on the inside of your Silverado's wheel wells you'll need to use the Konig K-Summit Tire Chains item # KON24FR. The reason you can get away with using these is because they have a unique design where they mount on your tires using one of the lug nuts for the wheel. This mounting method eliminates the need for a chain on the back side of the tires.

The Konig K-Summit Tire Chains item # KON24FR are sold as a pair. I have linked an installation video below that will show you how to get them set up. I highly recommend practicing installing these before you actually need to use them.
