Question:

I just bought a 2018 Forest River Forester with this kind of sewer connection in the sewer bay. There is this adapter in the bay with nothing else. What else do I need to get about 20-25 feet of hose for dumping at an RV site. I did not see anything that would hook to the bayonet end for extension.. Thanks

You have the Lippert Waste Master Camlock Connector on your 2018 Forest River Forester so for a single hose setup you need the Lippert Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Leakproof Camlock and 90-Degree Nozzle # LC359724 to dump your tanks. This comes with a 20' sewer hose but if you end up needing more length than that you can use the kit # LC360784 which comes with a dual Camlock Coupler and another 20' length of hose (when expanded).

With that being said, it looks like the previous owners came up with an adapter system on their own. From what I can tell it looks like that green hose in your first photo has a Camlock Connector on one end and a bayonet fitting on the other end. You should be able to use the Camlock on one end and then the EZ Coupler 4-in-1 Threaded RV Sewer Adapter # F02-3112CL on the other end to connect straight to the dump site. The additional bayonet fitting in your second photo might be an extension they needed to use.
