Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the GSI Outdoors pinnacle ceramic nesting cook set. Folks, this is an amazing little kit here, let me tell you. So if you're cooking for a group at a campsite, this cook set is gonna have everything neat, organized in a small package, but as you can see, lots of gear whenever you take it out. So they've really put a lot of thought and engineering into how this works and I think you're gonna enjoy it. So starting off, you have your main basin here.
This is gonna hold everything, but it's also gonna act as like a little sink. So you can put your dish water in here, wash everything when you're done, and then put it away. You've got a nice medium sized pan here. The handle here is spring loaded. You simply pull that orange lever, pull it down, and that comes out.
And then when it's time to store this, it actually folds in half as well, making it nice and small. Same thing with the other pans. Pull it back, pull it up in place. You'll hear it lock into place. Now you're ready to cook.
The lids, they all have this flip up tab here, making it real easy to pick up and put down. The other lid here on the frying pan also fits the main one here. And all these lids have these little serrations or holes in them. And I want to kind of show you an image real quick. So you're gonna use that to drain water, hot liquids, those kind of things.
And so that's gonna be a great option for you. And then of course you have a little frying pan here as well. They give you four different plates. Again, everything here nests together. And then you have eight cups here, each one, you have two red, greens, orange, and blue. And you have these that are insulated here for hot stuff. And then they have lids, so you can store things. And then of course they nest together. And again, you get two of each color. They all nest together. And then what's neat is the shape and everything make some compact for when it's time to put everything away. So if we are packing this up after we've done our camping, cooking, we fold it up, toss the handle into any one of these just to get it outta the way. Always start with the base. So if you're washing the dishes, I know we say that we weird here in the Midwest, you got everything here. Put the big one in first. So your largest one goes in first, then your plates, then your medium sized one, and then inside this medium sized one are gonna be your four cups. So they go in there and then you have your medium-sized lid followed up with the frying pan. Oh, I'm sorry, the big lid goes on first, then the frying pan last. There we go. And then this has a webbing here with a metal orange keeper, and that just loops through the loop here on the other part of the webbing. And then you can cinch that down tight. And now you're ready to go in a nice, small, convenient package. So how big is this Let's get a quick measurement. Roughly 10 inches in diameter and all packed up. Pretty much about six inches tall over all. So nice compact. You can throw it in a compartment, throw it in storage. If you have like a dinette table in the camper or something, you can toss it under there, put it up in the cabinet. Lots of options.
