Your sewer hose can come up short when the dump inlet sits farther from your RV connection. This 10' extension twists onto a standard 3" lug fitting, and its swivel lug rotates so the hose lays flat while you empty the tanks.
Some dump station and campsite layouts put the sewer inlet farther away than your main hose can comfortably reach. This extension adds 10' of length to your RV sewer hose, giving the line more room to run from the waste valve to the sewer inlet while you're emptying your holding tanks. It gives your setup a longer working range when a short backup section isn't enough.
Dumping gets messy fast if a hose connection shifts while your tanks are draining. The bayonet fitting twists onto the standard 3" lug fitting on your RV's waste valve, and the internal seal helps prevent leaking at the connection point. Once it's attached, your hose setup stays connected through the dump process.
A longer extension can be harder to line up if the fittings force the hose into a twist before everything is connected. The swivel lug fitting rotates to eliminate twisting and hooks up to the bayonet fitting on your existing sewer hose. Your sewer line can lay flatter between connections, making the added length easier to route across the dump area.
A 10' extension is useful when the sewer inlet is farther out, but it still has to fit back into your RV storage routine after the tanks are emptied. This hose collapses for easy storage, helping reduce the space it takes up between dump stops. You can carry extra reach for awkward campground layouts without storing a full-size rigid section.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Lippert RV sewer hose extension. Now this is gonna be 10 foot long and these extension hoses are made to add length so that you can reach the sewer inlet, excuse me, when you're emptying your holding tanks. And this is ideal for part-time RV living, have a duty living, or just taking the extended camping trip or a weekend trip. So it works for all kinds of seasons and times that you're out.
And this uses your standard three inch lug fittings on both sides here. And same thing on this side over here. It's a lot easier with the right direction of spinning it. There we go. So as you can see, you got the lug fittings here.
And let's pretend this was a different hose than this one. Obviously, you would then latch that onto another hose if you're extending hose to hose or if you just need this to reach. And this is just a replacement hose. It'll work for both. So again, you have the swivel lugs, the bayonet fittings.
This is three inch diameter, which is pretty standard stuff. It'll expand out to 10 foot, but then it can cream it back down to the shortened length here. You can compress it. It's gonna pop right back up to its shape. So they thought of everything as far as design and ease of use and everything.
And again, this is a genuine Lippert part. This is the Lippert RV sewer hose extension in 10 foot length. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching.
Ratings & Reviews
This short extension worked well with a clear elbow making waste transfer super easy to my waste tote. The shorter line makes a much straighter path for the liquid and no dips and wrangling like with my long hose.
