How much does the Thule EasyFold weigh and what is its maximum capacity? Also does the capacity change with what size receiver it is used on?

The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202 weighs 45 lbs and has a maximum capacity of 65 lbs per bike. This capacity stays the same no matter what size hitch receiver you are mounting it to.
