It appears you are going to have to have a receiver custom fabricated for your 2008 Mercedes Benz SLK 280. I was unable to find an aftermarket receiver confirmed to fit your SLK. You can use the Receiver Tube # E-912 to aid in the fabrication of a trailer hitch receiver. You will want to visit a local fabrication shop unless you are able to fabricate a receiver yourself and have it welded up.
