What is the air pressure rating for this wheel and valve stem.? Is a D rated tire at 65 psig ok?

Yes, the 15" Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # MX34FR can handle up to 65 psi. If you check out the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Vesper Black Mod Wheel # MX47FR (which is a Load Range D) you'll see that the same wheel is used and the tire is rated for 65 psi.

Wheels can typically withstand any pressure that fitting tires are rated for. The determining factor for wheels is the valve stem that's installed on them, so if you wanted to use a tire that used a really high psi rating then you can swap out the rubber valve stem for the metal valve stem # AM20906 which is rated for up to 200 psi.
